✔️ The printer is compatible with all platforms that offer shipping labels in a 4x6 format. This includes ShipStation. Please follow the steps below to update the Shipstation document setting to 4 x 6.
✅ Click the settings gear icon in the upper right corner.
✅ Select the document option.
✅ Click "Document Options" next to "Label".
✅ Choose 4" x 6" or 4" x 6" (with packing list), and then click Save.
