Printer setup for the first use

Please take a short time to watch the video, which will guide you through the setup process step by step.

1. Accessories Checking

Check if all the accessories are in the package.

NOTE: If any accessories missing, please contact us to get support.

2. Printer Connection

NOTE: Ensure the printer is OFF. (I=ON; O=OFF)

• Attach the power cable to the adapter, connect the power cable to the computer, and plug it into the socket.
• Turn the printer on. (I=ON; O=OFF)
• If you setup through your computer via USB(Windows, Mac, Chromebook), connect the USB cable to the printer, and the other side to the computer. For the computer with USB-C ports only, use the included USB-C to A adapter.

NOTE: Please connect the printer to the same USB port on your computer every time to avoid creating duplicate copies of the printer. 

3. Paper Loading

• Adjust the paper guides to fit the width of the paper.
• Insert the paper into the inlet from the back, and the paper will automatically feed into the printer.

NOTE: Please ensure the paper is Straight and Smooth to avoid paper jams.

4. Label Calibration

• Long press the Feed Button until it beeps once, and release it. 
• The printer will run automatic label identification.

NOTE: The first time you load labels and every time you change the paper to other sizes, please calibrate.

5. Driver Installation and Print a sample label

Now the printer is ready, and you can continue to setup it on your computer(Windows, Mac, or Chromebook).
