NOTE: Sometimes your shipping platform or the settings on your application results in prints that are off-center or cut-off. You can adjust these margins and define new paper sizes by the following method.

For Mac:

Open a PDF file-> Click ‘Print’-> Select the printer ‘BY-482BT’-> Click ‘Properties’ (You can copy the sample label file from the U-disk to test.)

Method 1: Click "Manage Custom Sizes"-> Adjust the margins as desired on "Non-Printable Area", and you may need to do some trial and error to find the perfect combination.

Method 2: Adjust the lateral and longitudinal offset

The lateral adjustment of a negative number is for left adjustment, a positive number is for right adjustment.

The longitudinal adjustment of a negative number is adjusted forward and a positive number is adjusted backward.

For Windows:

Go to ‘Settings’-> ‘Devices’-> ‘Printers & Scanners’, find the printer ‘BY-482BT’, click ‘Manage’-> ‘Printing preferences’-> ‘Stock’-> 'Default Paper', reset the paper size

-> Go to "Option", you can adjust the margins as desired on "Position Adjustment". You may need to do some trial and error to find the perfect combination. You may enter both negative and positive values.

The horizontal adjustment of a negative number is for left adjustment, a positive number is for right adjustment.

The vertical adjustment of a negative number is adjusted forward and a positive number is adjusted backward.
