Why is the red light blinking on the printer?

Situation 1: Red light flashes every 2 seconds

Analysis	Description	Troubleshooting
No label is loaded.	The red light flashes because of paper shortage.	Please adjust the paper guides and load paper, and the light will become green.
The label does not feed properly.	The paper doesn't touch the roll and the printer fails to detect the paper.	Ensure that the labels are loaded to reach the roll correctly.
Wrong paper size or failing to detect the size of the paper.	1. After the printer successfully prints a label, it outputs a few blank sheets of paper and cannot print continuously, and then red light occurs. 2. Or the printer only prints a small part of the text and the paper is jammed, and then the printer shows a red light.	1. Unplug the USB cable and restart the printer. 2. Press the feed button and hold on until one beep to run caliration. 3. Re-connect the USB cable to the printer and try your print again.
Label quality has an issue.	The sensor can not detect it.	Ensure to use the right quality label.

Situation 2: Red light flashes 2 times per second.

The printer cover is not closed well. Check that the printer cover is completely closed.
