Reason ①: The printer is connected to a new USB port
Ensure every time you insert the USB cable to the same USB port of the computer in which you installed the driver the first time. If the printer is connected to a new USB port, the computer might not find the printer and it simply keeps the printing task in the print queue.
(1) Please unplug the USB cable, and replug it in the same port you inserted the first time.
(2) Restart the printer.
(3) If the printer shows offline and fails to print, please delete the printer and remove the driver from your Windows, restart your computer, and reinstall the driver again.
Reason ②: The printer didn't recognize the label size correctly
It is most likely because the printer hasn’t learned your label’s properties, and this is usually followed by a blinking red light(wrong label size).
(1) Please turn the printer off and turn it on, which can clear any pending print jobs.
(2) Load labels, press the feed button, hold on until you hear one beep, and then release it to run automatic label identification.
(3) When you see a green light, try your print again.
