Situation: I have set up the printer on my Mac successfully, but it shows offline status.
The printer shows Printer Offline because the printer and computer disconnected. There are several reasons:
Reason ①: The USB cable is not plugged, loose, or off
(1) Reconnect the USB cables to the same USB port of the computer.
(2) Restart the printer and the computer.
Reason ②: The printer is connected to a new USB port
Ensure every time you insert the USB cable to the same USB port of the computer in which you installed the driver at the first time. If the printer is connected to a new USB port, the computer might not find the printer.
(1) Please unplug the USB cable, and replug it in the same port you inserted the first time.
(2) Restart the printer and the computer.
Reason ③: For Mac, the USB-C to USB-A adapter doesn’t work normally
Please check if you use the provided USB-C to USB-A adapter in the package. Other adapters or hub is not recommended for the label printer because of the known issue of unstable data transmission.
If the printer still shows offline, please remove the printer from your Mac, restart your computer, reinstall the driver, and add the printer again.
