Why can't the printer work after I update the computer system?

(1) Remove the driver and delete the device "BY-482BT" from "Printers & Scanners".

For Windows:

For Mac:

(2) Download the latest driver file from this link: https://support.pedoolo.com/support/solutions/articles/151000077768-driver-download

(2) Reinstall the driver on your computer and try your print.

If the printer still does not work, please contact us.
