Reason ①: Loading label upside down
Ensure the peel-off side of the feeding labels is facing up.
Reason ②: Not direct thermal labels
The printer only works with direct thermal labels.
Reason ③: The printer didn't recognize the label size correctly
Run automatic label identification: Press the feed button and hold on until you hear one beep, and then release it to let the printer calibrates the loaded labels.
