Situation: When you print a file that is not in the middle of the label, or the print just spans two labels (it is not missing a large area but only a few millimeters distance difference

Reason ①: The paper guides might not fit the labels.

Check whether the label paper is fixed properly to the paper guides. Sometimes, there might be a slight offset in the label position.

Reason : The printer doesn't detect the size of the loaded paper correctly.

If you change labels to other sizes(different from the loaded label size last time), please press the feed button and hold on until you hear one beep, and then release it to run the automatic label identification.

Reason : There might be some issues with the printer preference settings.

(1) Check if the print method is 'Direct Thermal' and the paper type is 'Label With Gaps'

For Windows:

For Mac:

(2) Check if the size of the paper size in the printer settings matches the size of the loaded label paper.

If you can’t find your needed size, choose ‘CUSTOM’ and add your customized size.

Reason : It needs some adjustment about the offset/margin.

If the above setting is normal, you need to set values in the horizontal offset or vertical offset of the printer settings to make the labels print centered.

The horizontal adjustment of a negative number is for left adjustment, a positive number is for right adjustment.

The vertical adjustment of a negative number is adjusted forward and a positive number is adjusted backward.

For Windows:

For Mac:

After checking the above steps, please check if the print preview looks good before printing.
