Situation: The paper is jammed or the paper is half-printed.
NOTE: If the printer is jamming, please remove the jammed labels first as follows:
(1) Turn the printer off.
(2) Open the top cover then remove the labels.
(3) Wait for the printer head to cool down.
(4) Clean the printer head with an alcohol swab(not with WATER), after 2 minutes, close the cover.
Reason ①: The printer did not recognize your label correctly
Press the feed button, hold on until you hear one beep, and then release it to let the printer run the automatic label identification to calibrate the loaded labels.
Reason ②: The print density might be set too high
If your label is getting stuck when printing something really dark, like a barcode or a thick straight line, this is most likely due to too high print density setting.
Please set your print density to between 8 and 14 and try your print again. (If your label is too light now, increase the density by 1 at a time.)
Go to ‘Settings’-> ‘Devices’-> ‘Printers & Scanners’, find the printer ‘BY-482BT’, click ‘Manage’->‘Printing preferences’-> Click ‘Parameters’, and you can reset the new print density
