Why asking for the printer passcode/password when installing?

Issue: After click to add the printer in the "Settings", it asks me for the passcode.

NOTE: 

During the correct installation process, there is no need to input the passcode/password of the printer. Please install the driver for PC or download the Label Expert APP first instead of directly adding the printer in the settings.


The Correct Installation Steps:

1) Please ensure that the printer is powered on and ready, and the USB cable is connected. 

2) For PC, please install the corresponding driver of Windows or Mac (the drivers are available on a U-disk) to establish the printer connection. For Smartphone, please download the app and connect the printer on the app.
