Reason ①: Unprepared printer
Please turn on the printer and wait for it to finish the initializing process until you hear consecutive 3 beeps, then connect the Bluetooth.
Reason ②: For Mac and Chromebook
Bluetooth does not support MacOs or Chrome OS, please use the USB cable to connect.
Reason ③: For Windows
(1) Check if your computer supports the Bluetooth function
(2) The driver hasn’t been installed successfully
Remove the driver and the "BY-482BT" in the device list, and reinstall the driver via Bluetooth again.
Reason ④: For Smartphones
Please make sure the “Bluetooth Button” on your smartphone is on, and “Location Service” and “Tracking” is on
